Dr. Hill knows all about being the ultimate woman and doesn't mind sharing the secrets of her success with other women.

As a highly skilled professional and businesswoman with over 25+ years of experience, Sheila knows what it takes to build a business from the ground up. The multi-hyphenate entrepreneur, certified life coach, and international speaker has an energetic personality.

Her goal is to lead women in removing the barriers to success and to break the cycle of redundant behaviors that keep them from achieving their true purpose.

Dr. Hill is passionate about helping women discover their why, articulate who they are, and identify their life mission!

She's on a mission to give women the support and tools they need to take control of their personal and financial life and achieve their goals.

Sheila earned her Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University. Dr. Hill received her Doctorate in Theology with an emphasis on Leadership from Life Christian University. She was previously contracted as a Business Consultant for the Rock Valley College Small Business Development Center.  Dr. Hill is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member.

Dr. Sheila Hill received the Key to the city of Rockford and a proclamation naming October 29th Sheila Hill day presented by the 41st Mayor of Rockford, IL, Thomas McNamara. She also received the State of Illinois Ceremonial Coin presented by State Representative Maurice West of the 67th House District. Dr. Hill was recognized for her innovative program development at the national level by the Illinois Public Health Association. She received the Young Worker Award for developing grassroots community-based and Faith-Based community initiatives to work on violence prevention and health issues. She was also awarded the 2010 New Business of the year award by the Northern Illinois Minority Companies Association.

 

Dr. Hill is the co-founder of Think Big an entrepreneur and accelerator center providing business development and resources for minority and women-owned businesses.  She is also President of Hill & Hill, and Founder of the Girlfriends Network.
