Khaneidra has been groomed her entire life to be a phenomenal woman. Her desire to share with other women is unmatched!

She is a well-educated and professionally diverse businesswoman who has spent a significant portion of her life following the lead of her mother, Dr. Sheila Hill. Khaneidra has discovered her love for business, leadership, and entrepreneurship and is passionate about sharing with the world.

The international speaker, certified entrepreneur, and corporate giant is focused on breaking the chains of poverty off her community and helping other women do the same. She is passionate about generational wealth, financial freedom, and women’s liberation.

With a passion for business, she is a Doctoral candidate for her Doctorate in Business Administration at Capella University. Khaneidra also received a Master of Business Administration from Rockford University, a Bachelor of Science from Hampton University, and a Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate from Cornell University.  Khay is also, a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member. 

She operates and owns Khay Renee Enterprises LLC, a consulting firm for small businesses, where she assists entrepreneurs in catapulting their businesses.  She is also the Vice-President, Special Assets Manager at U.S. Bank.

She has volunteered at The Park Church (Washington Park Christian Church), Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois, Think Big, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, Solid Rock International Ministries, and Oceana Ocean Conservation Group.

Her desire is to ignite a fire in the belly of every woman she encounters so that they, too, will help those around them.
