Dr. Roby received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Saint Anthony College of Nursing. With over twelve years in the healthcare industry, Dr. Roby has served the OSF Healthcare community and is currently employed as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner at OSF's Cardiovascular Institute, where she specializes in Heart Failure. During her career as a registered nurse (RN), Dr. Roby worked in various settings, including Intermediate/Step-Down ICU and Telemetry units. She also utilized her specialized skillset at the front line to help combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Roby was nominated for the Daisy and RN of the year awards during her RN career. 

 

Dr. Roby is a member of the American Nurses Association, Stateline Nurses Network, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International, Phi Omicron Chapter 493. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International in 2019 for her academic excellence. Her Doctoral graduate project, "Transforming Inpatient Diabetes," received an Honorable mention for application of Evidence-Based Practice in 2022 during her time at Saint Anthony College of Nursing.  

 

Tiffany enjoys fitness and traveling in her spare time, most recently visiting Italy.
